More than 14 days out: full refund or credit toward a future event.

7 – 14 days out: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.

Less than 7 days: no refund, but credit may be offered at organiser discretion.

Event cancelled by organiser: full refund or credit — your choice.

Refunds are processed via Shopify back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
